How It Works

1. PACK YOUR CLOTHING

Fill up any bags, boxes or suitcases with your good condition clothing. Please make sure your items are acceptable. Find the list here.

2. BOOK A COLLECTION

Book online a free clothes collection with one of our partner charities by few simple clicks:

3. PREPARE FOR COLLECTION

In the evening before collection day, you will receive an email with your collection time slot. Simply, leave your donation at the prearranged place.

4. YOUR CHOSEN CHARITY BENEFITS

Once we've collected and sorted your pre-loved items, your chosen charity will directly benefit with up to 90% of the proceeds.

Please donate:

Good quality clean clothing
(adult's, children's, baby)
Shoes (paired)
Accessories, bags, belts
Swimwear & lingerie
Underwear & socks (clean)
Jewellery, perfumes
Soft toys
Linen, towels, bedding (NO duvets & pillows)

We can't accept:

Dirty, wet, ripped, damaged clothing
Traditional clothing
Duvets & pillows
Carpets, rugs, mats, curtains
Single shoes
Furniture, mattresses
Stationery, hangers
Workwear & uniforms
Hygiene items, diapers
Baby stuff (prams, baskets, etc.)
Food, medicines
Books, CDs, DVDs
Bric-a-brac, kitchen utilities
Electrical appliances
