No worries! Just let us know the prearranged place for your donation when filling in the booking form. Make sure the bags are left a bit earlier than your given time slot.

Not a problem. Contact us via Live Chat, email us at hello@redonate.uk or call 0330 043 0070 and we will amend your collection details.

In the evening before collection day (usually 9pm), you’ll receive an email with your collection’s time slot. If you prefer a specific time slot and can’t leave the bags outside, let us know by adding a note when filling the form. Unfortunately, time slots are not guaranteed!

Simply, put your clothing into bags of your choice (trash bags, shopping bags, etc.). Boxes & suitcases work too. If you are donating books, please separate them from clothing donations!

Around 95% of the collected clothes are reused, upcycled, or recycled. Half is reusable, half is recyclable. Firstly, it is sorted and graded by the garment composition, condition, quality, and other parameters. Reusable clothes are resold to second-hand shops & boutiques. The lower grades are turned into rags and then used for industrial purposes like stuffing, insulation, etc. Because of the complex mix of materials found in garments, textile waste is one of the most challenging wastes to recycle!

You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once the items have been picked up.
