Very easy to organise a pick up. They emailed me the night before to tell me where my donations were going and to inform me of the pick-up time.
Collection was arranged for 16:20 give or take an hour. The driver arrived at 16:09.
You can edit your booking very easily. The driver was very helpful and polite. He had his van loaded in no time.
I have tried to bring my donations to charity shops before and they say we are full and had to be driving around trying to find a shop that will accept my donations. At least this way is a guarantee.
I will be recommending this service to everybody.
