Clothes Collection Process

Booking a clothes collection with Redonate is super easy!

1. BOOK A COLLECTION

Book online a free clothes collection by few simple clicks. You'll have to choose the charity you wish to support first.

2. PACK YOUR CLOTHING

Fill up any bags (trash bags are perfect!), boxes or suitcases with your good condition clothing. Please make sure your items are acceptable. Find the list here.

3. PREPARE FOR COLLECTION

In the evening before collection day (usually 9pm), you will receive an email with your collection time slot. Simply, leave your donation at the prearranged place or wait for the driver.

4. YOUR CHOSEN CHARITY BENEFITS

Once we've collected and resold your pre-loved items, your chosen charity will directly benefit with 80-90% of the proceeds.
