   reDONATE.uk offers a service where users can book a free collection online for unwanted clothes, which will be collected by reDONATE.uk’s authorised drivers (“Drivers”). Additionally, reDONATE.uk will fundraise on behalf of partner charities (“Partner Charities”) depending on the weight collected.
2. Eligibility:
   Users must be at least 18 years old to use the Website and its services. By using the Website, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement.
3. Bookings:
   By making a booking for a collection, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about the items to be collected. reDONATE.uk reserves the right to reject any booking at its discretion.
4. Collection and Donation:
   a. The collected clothing items must be in good condition and fit for reuse or resale. reDONATE.uk may refuse to collect items that are damaged, soiled, or otherwise unsuitable for its fundraising purposes. 
   b. While we take great care to ensure the accuracy of the collected items, reDONATE.uk shall not be responsible for any unintentionally wrong items donated or mistakenly picked up during the collection process.

6. Intellectual Property:
