Fantastic service and great communication kept informed of the pick up time by the tracking system. So pleased the clothes and books we donated are going to a good cause and not landfill.

Excellent from beginning to end. I booked a pick up slot and was kept informed by tracking along the way. All the instructions on what was accepted, how to pack were very clear. The driver, Stefan was on time and very helpful and friendly. As I don't drive this is a perfect way for me to give to charities. 100% recommend this service.
